We are recruiting exclusively for a family-owned, established business in Waltham Cross. They are looking to recruit an additional Credit Controller to their existing team, due to continued, sustainable growth.
Duties:
* Allocate incoming payments to the relevant accounts
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Resolve queries relating to disputed sales invoices
* Regular communication with customers to ensure prompt payment
* Escalate any unresolved issues to the FC
What they are looking for:
* Previous experience as a Credit Controller
* Solid understanding of Excel
* A clear and confident communicator
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
