Engineering Assistant (ref: EA 12/25)
Plant Integrity Management (PIM) is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Engineering Assistant to join our team in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Previous relevant experience preferred
· Highers / A Levels or equivalent essential
· HNC in an Engineering discipline or technology or equivalent preferred
· Microsoft Office applications Word & Excel (Access a distinct advantage)
· 2D Computer Aided Drafting
Responsibilities would include but would not be limited to:
· Supports administration of inspection plans and workpack tracking
· Interface with engineering personnel to support implementation of planned workscopes
· Capability of building workpacks to completion for review by Integrity Engineer
· Management of inspection data and updating relevant registers
· Administration of registers, P&ID sets, corrosion circuits, PFD’s etc
· Interaction with Team Planner (where appropriate) with regards to mob / demobilisation activities
· Preparation and administration of CTR with respect to execution of workscopes
· Support preparation of annual budget submissions
· General support to the Inspection & Integrity Engineers
· Effective and efficient data and information management, including records, registers and databases
