7. Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
8. Conduct valuations and prepare accurate payment applications.
9. Provide support on dispute resolution and claims management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
11. A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
12. Experience in cost management within the property and construction industry, ideally affordable housing.
13. Strong knowledge of contracts such as JCT or NEC forms.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
