About the Role
We are seeking a Banking Solicitor/Associate to join our Banking and Finance team. This position involves a mix of banking work with a focus on real estate, primarily serving lender clients such as clearing banks and smaller, specialized lenders. It is essential that candidates have substantial experience with reports on title/certificate on title.
Responsibilities
1. Assist senior lawyers with banking transactions and document production.
2. Complete property due diligence and reports on title for lenders.
3. Support on large, complex deals and manage a caseload of straightforward matters.
4. Handle post-completion administration.
5. Participate in business development and marketing events.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
1. Experience in completing reports on title is essential.
2. At least 1 year of experience in banking/property law within a law firm, with flexibility for more junior or senior levels.
3. Enthusiasm for business development activities.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Highly organized with flexibility during busy periods.
