We look for a Bookkeeper/Administator to join our team as our practice has recently taken on new clients and need to expand. Your duties and responsibilities are as follows: Provide Bookkeeping services to a variety of clients Bank reconciliations and payroll Good user of accountancy software VAT returns Accounts preparation for sole traders and limited companies Payroll for various clients, prepare accurate and timely completion of the weekly monthly payroll, experience of Xero software, Capium or Brightpay, FPS and EPS Submissions to HMRC. Manage pension contribution on behalf of client include redeclare pension contribution to TPR. Ad hoc work, answer the phone. The ideal candidate will have: Previous practice experience as a bookkeeper. Good telephone manner Have at least 2-3 years working experience Have working experience on payrolls and accounts preparation Have experience of Capium or Xero Ideally has accountancy qualification. Accounts Preparation experience would be an advantage.
