The role would suit a positive and proactive individual who ideally holds a background within facilities and is looking to take on a new challenge. Having excellent attention to detail is a must as well as having a strong Microsoft Office background. Being organised will see you thrive along with being able to plan and prioritize your workload.
The duties will include:
* Providing maintenance to the building, such as desk moves etc.
* Monitoring the helpdesk inbox.
* Dealing with AV checks for meeting rooms.
* To liaise with contractors and external bodies regarding the building.
* Providing assisting when need to the Client Services team.
