Vehicle Technician
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (OTE £60,000)
Shift Pattern: Mon to Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
11. Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
12. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
13. Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication
14. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
15. Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
16. Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing
Requirements
17. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a vehicle mechanic working on Class 4/7 vehicles.
18. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance
19. MOT certification is advantageous but not essential.
20. Team player with a willingness to grow and develop.
21. Proficient in vehicle diagnostics.
