Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while developing your own skills? If so, we share the same goals. At the Najurally Centre, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients while supporting our staff to achieve their full potential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a partnership across West Yorkshire and Barnsley delivering inpatient services for people with learning disabilities. Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have come together to provide specialist inpatient care from two units — the Horizon Centre in Wakefield and the new Najurally Centre (Assessment and Treatment Unit) at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford.

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust form part of the governance and assurance group to ensure these services work effectively for people in Leeds.

Our shared ambition is to develop a West Yorkshire Centre of Excellence, offering outstanding support through collaborative partnership and enhancing specialist inpatient care. We aim to make this a great place to work — and we need your help to make that happen.

The Najurally Centre seeks kind, compassionate, and motivated individuals who want to make a real difference and deliver high-quality, specialist care close to home for people across West Yorkshire and Barnsley.
