As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of regional growth—working with housebuilders, contractors, merchants, and specifiers to drive sales and make a real impact.
Securing high-value orders across a wide product portfolio including paving, walling, and landscaping solutions.
Developing and strengthening relationships with Tier 1 contractors, groundworkers, housebuilders, and civil/builders’ merchants.
Collaborating closely with a Regional Specification Manager to convert project specifications into orders.
Managing your pipeline and customer interactions through a structured CRM process.
Identifying opportunities with underperforming or untapped accounts.
Contributing to marketing ideas and using platforms like LinkedIn to boost brand visibility in your region.
A strong background in B2B sales —ideally within construction, landscaping, or related sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and a strategic approach to territory management.
A full, clean UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally stay overnight
