The Role

Central England Academy Trust provides excellent education to learners in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas. Our four schools—Oak Wood Primary School, Oak Wood Secondary School, Jade School, and Higham Lane School—offer comprehensive education for students aged 4 to 19, including mainstream and SEND settings. We celebrate individual learning needs, including profound, severe, and complex learning needs.

Oak Wood Secondary School is a specialist setting for children and young people aged 11 to 19 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We seek enthusiastic, skilled, and ideally outstanding practitioners, especially those experienced in primary or secondary teaching who can adapt their skills to work with pupils with severe or complex learning difficulties and social and communication needs.

The Trust encourages professional development and workforce growth, supporting staff participation in various training opportunities.
