The Role
The post holder will be a Registered Nurse supporting the community nursing service in delivering high-quality healthcare. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing interventions and ensuring a person-centred approach to care that is safe and effective, maintaining quality standards.
You will deliver accessible, high-quality care to all age groups in the community, working in partnership with patients, care providers, and other agencies.

What you'll need
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
* Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Good time management and IT skills
* Full UK/EU/EEA driver’s license
Desirable skills and experience
* Further education or professional development in community nursing
* Experience in primary care, community nursing, catheter care, HIC/PICC management, wound care, or working in patients’ homes
* Leadership skills and initiative
Contract details
Permanent, part-time, 29.6 hours/week
Location and hours
Based at the Houldsworth Centre. Working hours to be confirmed. Applicants may be considered for similar roles in other locations.
