Dental Receptionist Job - Part-time Position (Monday to Wednesday) Location: Surbiton We are looking for a professional and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a key role within our practice, requiring a candidate with a strong understanding of dental front desk operations and patient management. Prior experience working in a dental practice is essential, as we need someone who can integrate seamlessly into our team and provide exceptional service from day one. Key Details: Trial Shift: A 4-hour paid trial shift will be required prior to any job offer being made Salary: Potential to earn up to £14 per hour based on experience and demonstrated competence Working Hours: Part-time position Interview Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring efficient diary management Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and accuracy Processing payments, insurance claims, and patient records efficiently Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care Maintaining a well-organised reception area and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed effectively Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in a dental practice reception role is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient service Highly organised with excellent time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Professional approach, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and experienced Dental Receptionist to become part of a well-established practice.
