The Role: Coaching the Next Generation You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Maintenance Engineering qualifications Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Fluid Power qualifications. Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre. Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience in as a Maintenance Engineer: Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Maintenance Engineering and Fluid Power. Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Engineering related qualification . Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
