Job Title: Warehouse Operative FLT Grade: W2
Summary and purpose of position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a FLT Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team in Rockingham on Wickes contract. To work collaboratively with colleagues in all areas of the site, underpinned by the Company values.
Duties and responsibilities
• To carry out the required function in any area of the warehouse in line with the appropriate Safe System of Work,. Goods in assembly, replenishment, picking all areas, loading, (this list is not exhaustive).
• To directly support the departmental manager to ensure the required productivity and quality of work of colleagues in that area.
• To work in accordance with agreed targets set by the Company and customer regarding productivity, performance, accuracy, timekeeping and attendance.
• To help work in a culture of continuous improvement to drive best-in-class activity and operational excellence, in line with PCDR objectives
• To escalate appropriate issues in line with agreed procedures to Managers
• To work as trained and in accordance with Company procedure regarding all tasks undertaken within role

Experience, skills and attributes:
• First class communication skills
• Experience in all aspects of health and safety in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• MHE experience
