Overview
The Best Connection is recruiting for a reliable Drivers Mate to join a leading kitchen company to support their delivery drivers with transporting premium kitchens, appliances, and fittings to customers across the south of the UK. This is a full time position available to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
* Assist the driver with safe and timely delivery of kitchen units and appliances
* Load and unload vehicles with care and accuracy
* Ensure all deliveries are complete and undamaged
* Provide excellent customer service at each drop-off
* Follow all health & safety procedures
* Goods in and out
Requirements
* Physically fit - this is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting
* Punctual, polite, and professional attitude
* Good communication skills
* A team player who\'s willing to go the extra mile
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Must have a drivers license and own transport
Hours
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 3pm
Pay
£12.25 per hour
