The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment, working closely with experienced Partners and benefiting from a strong pipeline of quality work.The RoleYou will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:Drafting wills (simple and complex), trusts and letters of wishesAdvising on succession planning for individuals and business ownersEstate administration (testate and intestate)Preparation of IHT205 and IHT400 returnsDrafting estate accounts and advising on IHT, NRB and RNRB allowancesAdvising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and registration processesControllership applications before the OCP and High CourtAdvisory work across high net worth and general private client mattersThis role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to play an active part in strengthening relationships with professional referrers.The CandidateI am keen to speak with solicitors who:Have 26 years PQE with solid experience in private client mattersPossess strong technical ability in wills, trusts, estate administration and capacity lawCan manage files with appropriate autonomy while working collaboratively within a teamAre organised, proactive and commercially awareSTEP qualification (completed or in progress) would be advantageous but is not essential.The OpportunityJoin a high-performing and growing teamAccess to high-quality, referral-driven workStrong long-term progression prospectsSupportive and collaborative cultureThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step within a thriving Belfast practice.
