What you’ll be doing:
1. Attracting talent through engaging adverts, blogs, social media content, podcasts, mailshots, and targeted campaigns
2. Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates across various platforms
3. Assessing and interviewing candidates to match them to the right opportunity
4. Managing the candidate recruitment process including interview facilitation, visa applications, and mobilisation
