Indusland Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Officer to join our growing team. As a Fraud Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our company from fraudulent activities and ensuring the financial security of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and policies to mitigate risk and protect the company from fraudulent activities.
* Investigate suspicious transactions and flag potential fraudulent activities.
* Analyze data and identify patterns or trends to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
* Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to gather information and evidence for fraud prevention and investigation.
* Stay updated on current fraud trends and techniques to continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Train employees on fraud prevention strategies and provide guidance on how to identify and report potential fraudulent activities.
* Keep accurate and detailed records of fraud prevention actions and investigations.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to fraud prevention.
* Work closely with law enforcement agencies and serve as a liaison between the company and external fraud investigators.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or investigation.
* Knowledge and understanding of fraudulent activities and trends.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.
* Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is preferred.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
