Description: Stroud District Council are seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our Resident Engagement Team. You will be assisting the leasehold engagement officer with the day-to-day administration of leaseholders and the raising of service charge invoices, as well as supporting the resident engagement officers. Our service is a forward thinking, dedicated and the team you’ll be joining work exceptionally well together, whilst providing a wide range of services within our communities. You will play a significant role in supporting the team to achieve its goals. About youYou’ll have experience of working in a similar role, the ability to assist in general administration, to deal with telephone enquiries and to update and maintain appropriate systems, information, and records.A good general standard of education including English and Maths.Understanding of administrative processes and systems.IT literate, including the use of MS office software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
