Overview
To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be reliable and flexible in what hours you can work (there may be extra hours when we are busy), approachable and confident in delivering excellent customer service, and physically fit to move stock, work with deliveries and pallets, both on your own and as part of a team. You may also be asked to help out in our local Tesco concession space, with merchandising, keeping shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities
* Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, delivering excellent customer service.
* Restock shelves, ensure prices are correct, and keep stock organized.
* Handle deliveries and move stock around the store and in the concession area as needed.
* Support merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain store presentation.
Qualifications and Expectations
* Reliable and flexible with working hours; available for weekends and Sundays.
* Physically able to move stock and assist with deliveries and pallets.
* Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to work well in a team.
Key Information about this role
* Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds - £11.00 per hour; 21-year-old plus - £12.21 per hour.
* Contract end date: 3rd January 2026.
* Store opens 7 days a week; must be able to support weekends, including Sundays.
* Available contracts: 12-hour per week (4-hour shifts over 3 days or two 6-hour shifts) and 20-hour per week (4-hour shifts over 5 days).
* There may be opportunities for extra hours, depending on trade.
* All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts require working on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve.
