We work closely with investors to ensure properties are professionally managed and deliver strong, sustainable returns.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our growing residential property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard, tenants are supported effectively, and all management processes comply with relevant regulations. This role involves coordinating property maintenance, managing tenant relationships, monitoring property performance, and supporting refurbishment and improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties within the company portfolio.
* Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections with contractors and service providers.
* Conduct regular property visits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy renewals.
* Monitor rental payments and liaise with relevant teams regarding arrears or tenancy matters.
* Ensure properties comply with UK property regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
* Support refurbishment and improvement projects to enhance property value and rental performance.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to property management activities.
* Work closely with the investment and operations teams to optimise portfolio performance.
Requirements
* Previous experience in property management, lettings, or residential property operations.
* Strong understanding of UK property management regulations and landlord responsibilities.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with contractors and tenants effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is desirable.
* Full UK driving licence is advantageous due to property visits.
