We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Personal Wellbeing Service, working remotely as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team. You will play a key leadership role in supporting adult male prison leavers and those on community orders, helping them reintegrate into society and make positive life changes.
As Team Leader, youll manage a team of practitioners delivering tailored interventions within the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of practitioners, allocating caseloads and supporting staff to deliver high-quality interventions.
Oversee service performance, ensuring targets and quality standards are achieved in line with Forward Trust and commissioner requirements.
Manage a small number of complex cases, providing direct support where needed.
Support staff development through regular supervision, reviews, and observed practice sessions.
Represent the service at local and regional meetings, building strong partnerships with Probation Services and other stakeholders.
Deputise for the Service Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and service continuity.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of performance reports and records.
Foster a positive team culture, motivating staff and promoting self-care and wellbeing.
About You
Were looking for a strong, empathetic leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse team while maintaining focus on performance and outcomes. Youll have:
Experience managing or supervising teams within criminal justice, social care, or wellbeing services.
A strong understanding of risk management, caseload allocation, and service delivery standards.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues, partners, and service users.
The ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening hours and attending head office for training.
