Job Title: Production Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 4-6 weeks (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £14-£16 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Liverpool Street, London
About the Role
We are recruiting a Production Assistant to support a lean and busy Product Development team within a fast-paced fashion environment. This role is focused on administrative and system support, ideal for someone highly organised, methodical, and detail‑driven. The team works across outerwear, leather, jackets, footwear and accessories, across multiple seasonal collections and capsule ranges.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Product Development teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
Creating and managing purchase orders (POs) and updating trackers
Updating PLM systems across product and raw material development
Completing sampling and production Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Receiving and checking showroom samples against packing lists
Maintaining raw material standards, archives, and libraries
Supporting overall team workflow
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Calm, methodical, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience using PLM systems or supporting product teams is desirable but not essential
Background in administration, office support, team coordination, or data/tracker management is welcomed
Prior fashion or product experience is beneficial but not a requirement
