Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support to female adults, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Engage with clients through various activities that promote learning and development.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that occur during support sessions.
* Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
* Utilise IT skills to manage documentation and report on client progress efficiently.
