Job Description
We are currently working with a fantastic regional firm in the heart of Essex who are recruiting for their highly reputable residential property team.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in residential property and be seeking a long term career.
Duties will include:
* Obtaining details on new enquiries
* Onboarding of clients, including sending out TOBs and protocol forms
* Sending and reviewing ID checks
* Getting money on account
* Collating SOF and AML information for checking by FE
* Sending sale contract packs
* Updating clients and agents/brokers
* Call handling
* Completion statements and bills
* Arranging completion payments
* Land Registry applications
* Dealing with requisitions
* File closing/archiving
* Dealing with historic AS matters and files.
