Options Autism is hiring Children's Care Workers in the Dumfriesshire region.
Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Salary: Up to £22,408 per annum (dependent on qualifications) and sleep-ins paid at £45.00 per night.
Hours: Permanent, 30 hours per week (rolling rota 4 days out of 7).
Essential: Full driving licence and right to work in the UK.
Location
Holistic Childcare and Education has two accommodations: Closeburn House (11 bed, 10–16 years) and Maben House (10 bed, 6–16 years). Both are within commuting distance of Dumfries, Lockerbie and surrounding towns.
Responsibilities
* Supporting occupants to appointments, activities, shopping and trips out.
* Completing relevant paperwork.
* Undertaking household tasks.
* Engaging occupants in tasks and activities.
