Your new role
As a KS1/KS2 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds through engaging and creative teaching.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Planning and delivering differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
2. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil wellbeing and academic progress.
3. Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
4. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best oues for pupils.
5. Contributing to the wider schoolmunity through extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
This role offers flexibility with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and long-term placements depending on your availability and career goals.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
7. Proven experience teaching in KS1 or KS2, with strong classroom management skills.
8. A passion for education and amitment to pupil development.
9. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
10. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
11. Right to work in the UK
Experience with SEND or EAL pupils is highly desirable, and ongoing CPD support is available to help you develop in these areas.
