Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care to residents in a comfortable and safe environment.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Work closely with the nursing and care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
* Ensure the health and well‑being of all residents, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
* Offer support and advice to families and residents to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration and Nursing qualification.
* Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.
* A compassionate, dedicated, and professional approach to care.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
