Main duties of the job
At Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we provide mental health, learning disability, and neurodevelopmental services to residents of south east England. Our services cater to children, young people, adults of working age, and older adults. Care is delivered in various settings, including patients' homes, specialist clinics, hospitals, and secure units. The post will be based at either the Eastbourne Department of Psychiatry or one of our mental health service sites in Hastings.
The role includes potential rotations at our local acute hospital, East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, Hastings/Eastbourne, and community partners like J. Andersons Pharmacy and Paydens Pharmacy. You will learn to manage complex mental health cases, acute hospital interventions, and community-based care, broadening your clinical decision-making with support from an experienced pharmacy team.

* Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized UK institution
* Registered Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Highly developed specialist clinical knowledge and skills
* Good knowledge of local and national medicines guidelines
* Experience working in hospital pharmacy
