NDT Trainee - Aerospace & Defence
Apave UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an NDT Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in Non-Destructive Testing within the aerospace sector, with full training provided to achieve industry-recognized certification.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform x-ray inspections on aerospace castings and weldments using both conventional and computed radiography techniques.
* Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure inspection quality and compliance.
* Participate in structured training programs to achieve EN4179/NAS410 Level 1 certification in both film and non-film radiography.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
* Work under the guidance and supervision of certified Level 2 and Level 3 NDT technicians.
