The job itself
Up to 5 hours 45 mins per week
We are seeking a friendly, caring and adaptable person to join our dedicated lunchtime team. Hours are Monday-Friday (11.45a.m. - 1.p.m.) term time only.
Duties will include:
1. Ensuring the environment at lunchtime is secure and safe
2. Helping to set up and clear the dining room each day
(includes lifting furniture)
3. Helping younger children to eat and use good manners
4. Supervising and interacting with pupils on the playground to promote positive play
5. Liaising with colleagues and reporting accidents and incidents to relevant staff
6. Assisting the kitchen servery as required
7. Supervising children on the playground
