Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in the London Insurance Markets.
The ideal Technical Business Analyst will come from a background of analysing, designing and implementing IT systems across the London Insurance Market. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance processes, systems integration, and regulatory compliance within this specialised sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Design and implement system solutions to enhance efficiency in underwriting, claims, and other insurance processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, implement, and maintain systems.
* Ensure adherence to Lloyd’s and LMA regulations.
* Develop functional specifications, support system integration, and deliver training to end-users.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Systems Analyst in the London Market insurance sector.
* Familiarity with platforms like Lloyd’s, ECF, and PPL.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
This Technical Business Analyst opening is paying an annual salary up to £100,000 and will include 25 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days. Pension is up to 14%, Private Medical & Dental cover for yourself and Family members/dependants can be added.
