We provide round the clock care, shifts times include, As a Care Worker, you will work with the residents closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring health and wellbeing of residents.
* Providing personal care and emotional support.
* Medication administration.
* Participating in stimulating activities.
* Involving residents in a person-centred approach.
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support is provided.
Qualifications

* Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
