We are a leading call center company partnering with top pharmaceutical companies globally. We are seeking a British-English-speaking Telesales Representative for a short-term project (1 month).
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact doctors in our database to inform them about changes to the packaging of our products.
* Collect consent from doctors for our client (a major pharma company) to send them emails in compliance with GDPR opt-in requirements.
* Ensure clear, professional, and courteous communication at all times.
* No sales of products required – this role focuses solely on informing and obtaining consent.
Requirements:
* Fluent in British English with a neutral accent (no foreign influence).
* Strong phone sales experience and excellent phone etiquette.
* Ability to work remotely from home.
* Must have basic work-from-home infrastructure, including a computer, internet connection, and a headset with noise cancellation.
* Available to start immediately.
Contract and Bonuses:
* This is a 1-month contract with a good hourly rate and attractive bonus based on performance.
