Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will:
* Advise major corporate clients on development, investment, and occupier work
* Assist with a range of real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters
* Support senior fee earners with complex and high-profile projects
* Provide tailored legal solutions to clients in various industries
* Contribute to the team's continued success by delivering exceptional client service
* Get involved in business development activities
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have
* A solicitor with around 1 year PQE in commercial property law
* Experienced in handling development, investment, and landlord-tenant transactions
* Confident in providing advice to corporate clients across various sectors
* A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ties to Leeds
