Your Role as a Primary Teacher
As a classroom teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that engage and challenge pupils in Key Stage 1 or 2
* Create a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
* Use assessments effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching to individual needs
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support children’s development
* Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in events and activities
