The Role
As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload ofemployment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy
* Represent clients inEmployment Tribunal and court proceedings
* Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues
* Provide support and guidance to junior solicitors and legal staff
* Contribute tobusiness development, thought leadership and marketing initiatives
About You
* QualifiedEmployment Solicitor with6+ years PQE
* Strong technical knowledge ofemployment and industrial relations law
* Confident managing cases independently from instruction to resolution
* Excellent communication, advocacy and client care skills
* Experience acting for claimants, unions or individuals (desirable)
