Bulgaro Ltd is a specialist manufacturer and installer of high-end bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality and prime residential sectors.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics Operative (Goods In / Goods Out) to join our factory team in Sittingbourne. This role is essential to ensuring materials, finished joinery and site deliveries are handled accurately, safely and efficiently.
You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and installation operations, helping ensure projects leave the factory correctly prepared and arrive on site in perfect condition.
Key responsibilities
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (valid licence required)
* Managing Goods In and Goods Out processes
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Checking deliveries for accuracy and condition
* Organising and storing materials appropriately within the warehouse
* Preparing finished joinery items for dispatch to site
* Assisting with logistics planning and site delivery coordination
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Supporting production and installation teams with material handling
* Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Required experience & skills
* Valid Forklift Driving Licence (essential)
* Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments
* Experience with Goods In / Goods Out procedures
* Ability to handle materials carefully, particularly finished products
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Physically capable of lifting and moving materials safely
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A responsible, reliable and proactive approach to work
Desirable
* Experience within joinery manufacturing, construction or fit-out environments
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems
