Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join HC-One. This role supports the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents, providing personal care and assisting with daily activities in the home. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and deliver compassionate, person‑centred care, including end‑of‑life support.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene, and feeding.
* Assist residents with daily activities and routines.
* Support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
* Identify signs of abuse, neglect or harm and report concerns following safeguarding procedures.
* Participate in safeguarding training and provide appropriate advice and escalation.
* Collaborate with the care team to deliver person‑centred care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in a care setting is desirable, but individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply. A valid right to work in the UK is required. Appropriate DBS and safeguarding training will be provided on the job.
