This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour... On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities:

* To ensure all of our guests receive a warm
welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay
with us.

* To provide an unforgettable experience and
this starts with Reception – not just on arrival but through the whole process
of booking to departure.
* To follow all hotel policies as outlined
in your training manual – Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check Out
Procedures
* To achieve sales in line with company
objectives
* To promote additional products and
services within the hotel and group brand
* To maintain exemplary billing systems and
obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the
accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
* To maintain high standards of hospitality,
processing bookings, up selling, salesmanship, financial and reporting
diligence.
* To support the
reservations team with booking support.
* To
ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance
with hotel policy
* To
ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate
information throughout the hotel
* Stock
replenishment of department areas
* Ensure
daily updates are communicated throughout the hotel
* Follow
legislation relating to job role.
* To ensure good working relationship with all other
departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
* To understand
responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH,
Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
* All other
duties as required
