What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver tech and process improvement projects from concept to implementation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and design smart, scalable solutions
* Configure, customise, and maintain technology platforms (think: matter management, document automation, and more)
* Champion innovation through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement
* Dive into data and reporting to help shape better outcomes
* Become the team’s go-to expert on SharePoint, Microsoft tools, and tech platforms
What You’ll Bring
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint and confidence using Microsoft platforms (Power Platform – in particular Power BI, Dynamics a plus)
* A creative mindset paired with a practical approach to solving complex problems
* Experience in tech tools (AI, e-signatures, contract automation) is welcome—but not essential
* Confidence engaging and training stakeholders across levels
* Enthusiasm for change management and process design
You’ll need to be passionate about making services smarter, faster, and more impactful.
