Your Role
As a Trainee Manager, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Learning People Management Skills
* Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.
* Develop the ability to motivate and support a team.
* Sales Floor Support
* Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.
* Learn how to manage daily operations effectively.
* Sales Development
* Build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach.
* Gain experience in upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
* Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
* Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
* Flexibility with regard to working hours.
