Overview
The BoTree Wellness Club will be a social wellness private members club blending wellbeing, culture and meaningful connection within a luxury hotel setting. As we prepare for launch, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our pre-opening team and lead the food and beverage experience within this unique environment.
Responsibilities
* Leading the daily operation of the restaurant within the Wellness Club
* Delivering exceptional service standards
* Creating a warm, engaging atmosphere that supports community and member connection
* Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver a wellbeing-focused food offering
* Managing, coaching and developing the front-of-house team
* Monitoring service standards, guest feedback and performance
* Working closely with Wellness, Membership and Marketing teams to support engagement initiatives
* Maintaining strong relationships with club members and understanding their preferences
About the Role
You are a service-led hospitality leader who thrives in premium restaurants or private members' club environments and understands how our food and Beverage offering can contribute to a broader wellbeing experience.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years' experience in a luxury restaurant, private members club or hotel dining environment
* Strong leadership experience managing front-of-house teams
* A passion for guest experience and personalised service
* A genuine interest in wellbeing, nutrition and mindful hospitality
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience in pre-opening or new concept environments preferred
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with member events
