They are looking for a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead with strong hands-on experience supporting, enhancing, and delivering Business Central environments in live client settings.

Responsibilities:
* Own day-to-day Business Central (Cloud) BAU operations across live client environments
* Triage, investigate, and resolve functional and technical ERP issues
* Deliver system enhancements, configuration changes, and ongoing improvements
* Manage small to mid-sized Business Central change and enhancement projects
* Act as primary client contact for operational and application support matters
* Own backlog, releases, SLAs, and overall service delivery governance
* Coordinate developers, consultants, and support resources
* Perform root cause analysis and propose pragmatic solutions
* Work closely with clients to manage priorities, roadmap, and system improvements
* Ensure effective delivery of Business Central aligned to business requirements
Experience:
* Must have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central (Cloud)
* Experience in a Business Central Application Support / Implementation / Functional Lead role
* Strong experience supporting live ERP systems in BAU environments
* Experience with Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules
* Experience working with integrations (APIs, middleware, third-party systems)
* Understanding of AL extensions (not necessarily hands-on development)
* Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is beneficial
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
* Experience within Managed Services or Microsoft Partner environments is highly desirable
* Strong experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing environments is preferred
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package up to £100k depending on experience.
Location
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in London.
No sponsorship offered.
This opportunity is 1x a week in London.
