Adult Social Work, Complex Review Manager, CHC, Norfolk
Pay rate tbc but likely to be £33-40 per hour
Contract role, Adult Social Services

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in Norfolk.
We are seeking an experienced Complex Review Manager to join our Integrated Continuing Care Team for a 6-month fixed-term assignment. This is a specialist role focused on managing and reviewing a predefined list of complex Continuing Healthcare (CHC) cases, ensuring robust decision-making that will deliver measurable benefits for the department and person -centred outcomes for adults with significant health and care needs.

The successful candidate will:
1. Lead reviews of complex CHC case reviews, including shared or full CHC eligibility, cases following ICB funding withdrawal, and high-cost cases requiring negotiation. ensuring statutory and local processes are followed and recommendations are evidence-based and defensible.
2. Track and report on savings and benefits achieved through this work.
3. Develop recommendations to inform future practice and policy improvements.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by influencing processes, improving outcomes for service users, and contributing to best practice in integrated care.
Key Responsibilities
4. Hold and manage a caseload of the most complex CHC cases.
5. Provide expert advice and challenge to practitioners and partners.
6. Represent the service at multi-agency meetings and panels.
7. Analyse complex medical, legal, and financial information to make defensible recommendations.
8. Share learning and contribute to practice development and quality assurance.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
9. In-depth knowledge of CHC legislation, guidance, and best practice.
10. Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
11. Extensive experience in adult social care and CHC processes.
12. Experience of multi- agency working
13. A relevant professional qualification (Social Work or Occupational Therapy) and registration with Social Work England or HCPC.
