£45,000 - £52,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car + Accommodation if Staying Away
MGR Recruitment is working with a leading civil engineering consultancy to recruit an experienced Site Engineer for a major HS2 project in Banbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term infrastructure scheme involving earthworks, roadworks, viaducts and bridges, with work expected to continue beyond 2029.
This role is ideal for a Site Engineer who enjoys the QA, technical paperwork and compliance side of a project, while still being confident with setting out and as-builts.
The Role
* Manage QA documentation and site paperwork
* Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports
* Carry out setting out and as-built surveys
* Support the site team with engineering and technical information
* Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
* Help maintain quality standards across the project
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card
* Experience as a Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer
* Strong knowledge of QA processes and site paperwork
* Experience using surveying equipment
* Minimum 3 years’ UK experience in civils, groundworks or building projects
* Good attention to detail and a organised approach
