Provide one-on-one coaching and group support to help employees apply new skills effectively. Monitor, analyse, and report on training outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and feedback. Coordinate internal and external training programmes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Assist with sourcing training providers to meet identified skills gaps. Develop and update training materials to reflect best practices and industry trends. Support managers and employees with ongoing training guidance and administrative tasks. What you'll need: Essential Criteria: Minimum of three years' professional experience in a similar environment. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in the manufacturing industry. Experience in designing and delivering training programmes. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure with flexibility. Desirable Criteria: Teaching or training qualification (e.g., Level 3 EAT or equivalent). Experience in developing training content. Relevant third-level qualification.
