Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and support for safe, cost-effective medicine use
* Offer inpatient post-op surgical medicines advice and conduct ward clinical medication reviews
* Advise on safe medicines management, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards
* Foster a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care efficiently
Who We’re Looking For:
* GPHC registered Pharmacist
* Minimum one-year post-graduation experience, preferably in a hospital setting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours:
32 or 40 hours per week available
