Marketing Analyst
Swindon - Hybrid working 2/3 days onsite
£45,000 to £50,000
This is a newly created Marketing Analyst role in a fast growing consumer retail business investing heavily in digital, growth and data. You will take ownership of marketing insight, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive optimisation and commercial decision making.
The Role
You will be the dedicated analyst within the Digital and Growth function, focused on insight rather than reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analysing CRM performance across email, SMS and direct mail
• Supporting customer acquisition and paid media analysis
• Building customer segments and lifecycle strategies
• Identifying opportunities to improve retention, frequency and lifetime value
• Designing and evaluating testing and experimentation frameworks
• Supporting attribution and incrementality analysis
• Partnering with marketing teams to turn insight into action
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience in marketing, CRM or customer analytics
• Confident working with marketing and customer data
• Strong SQL capability
• Experience analysing CRM channels
• Understanding of segmentation, retention and lifetime value
• Power BI experience beneficial
• Comfortable working independently and owning projects
