Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or QBE)
Bristol
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join its busy and expanding property team in the Bristol office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Manage complex matters such as shared ownership, lease extensions, and new builds
* Offer technical guidance to team members when needed
* Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (or qualified by experience)
* Proven experience managing your own caseload of varied residential conveyancing matters
* Strong understanding of complex and technical property issues
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
